curso aprenderemos  a  conocer  nuestro  cuerpo,  la  adaptaci\u00f3n  y  retos en  diferentes terrenos,  las  caracter\u00edsticas  que  cada  monta\u00f1a  o  volc\u00e1n  posee, conocimiento  sobre   nuestro   rendimiento   f\u00edsico   y   mental,   y   la   aclimataci\u00f3n que   cada   cuerpo  necesita.   \n\nEl  entrenamiento  para  monta\u00f1ismo  se  centra  en  la  formaci\u00f3n  de  un  atleta  de resistencia  mediante  el  desarrollo  de  la  aptitud  cardiovascular  (aptitud  del coraz\u00f3n  y  los  pulmones),  y  la  aptitud  motora  (especialmente  la  resistencia,  la fuerza y el equilibrio), utilizando objetivos espec\u00edficos y siguiendo una l\u00ednea de tiempo definida.\nPoco a poco te ense\u00f1amos como ir entrenando e ir subiendo de nivel, para poder escalar  las  monta\u00f1as  m\u00e1s  altas  de  M\u00e9xico  y  que  comiences  tu  aventura  en monta\u00f1as extranjeras m\u00e1s complejas.\nNuestro curso incluye 6 m\u00f3dulos en los cuales
